Review: Mineral Hygienics

It’s been a while since I did some reviews on Foundations.
And I’m excited to share with you another mineral foundation brand that you’ll surely love!
Actually I had never heard of the brand before until they contacted me and after I went through their website. From all the detailed information that I found, I was impressed and their products seemed like to be the mineral make-up that I have been looking for – for my oily sensitive skin.
I’m happy that they’ve asked to review and try their amazing products.
They’re generous enough to send me the light to medium range of foundation shades to try and match with my skin tone, they alse sent an extra-large kabuki brush, multi-tasker under eye concealer, translucent setting powder and a bronzer.
I’m so excited to try them all as I just received the package today, so I will just share my initial thoughts and the foundation swatches and will do the proper review on each product once I have tried it for at least a week.

Fair- my perfect match, looks really natural on my NC20 skintone!
Fairly Light- perfect on fair to light skin with cool to neutral undertone.
Light- has a neutral shade that will definitely look very natural on light skin with pink or neutral undertone.
Medium Light- has a warm pink suitable for light to medium skin tone with a touch of color.
Medium- has a neutral shade for those with cool or yellowy undertones. I still find the medium wearable and still match my skin tone. It will definitely work well for light olive-skinned women.
Full Coverage Kabuki Brush
described as Super Kabuki because of its unique handle design, incredible attention to details and quality of the hair. It has compressed bristles that provides wonderful application.
I like how super soft the bristles are, they feel amazing and luxurious on face.
It is so Firm, dense and exceptionally soft.
The round dense tapered shape provides a superior and even coverage, perfect for loose powder application, buffing and blending.
Definitely a must-have and the perfect tool in using Mineral Hygienics Foundation.
However, like any other brushes, it sheds a few hairs on its initial wash.
The handle is perfect, not too short and not too long for a Kabuki! I love it!

I love the Natural coverage this Mineral Foundation gives and how it matches and blends beutifully! *LOVE*

The brush really looks dense and soft. I can only imagine how well it can buff the minerals on the face. :)
the powder finishes are very nice and natural looking

I am really compelled to get this mineral foundation. It looks really good! I think Fair will match me as well because I am about the same skintone as you are :) And the luxurious looking brush!
